Member representing Ibadan North Constituency II in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, popularly known as the Jagaban of the 9th and 10th Assemblies, has felicitated with his colleague, Hon. Waheed Akintayo, the lawmaker representing Oluyole State Constituency, on the occasion of his birthday.
