The Member representing Ibadan North Constituency 2 in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, popularly known as the Jagaban of the 9th and 10th Assembly, has extended warm birthday wishes to Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, a former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters and a Federal House of Representatives hopeful for Ibadan North.
In a goodwill message made available to newsmen, Hon. Babajide Gabriel described Hon. Kazim Bibire as a respected leader and dependable politician whose contributions to grassroots development and democratic values remain commendable.

He further stated that Hon. Bibire’s consistency in promoting the values of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and his sincere commitment to community development have positioned him as a pillar within the party and a role model for emerging leaders.
