The Oyo State House of Assembly has taken a significant step by reinstating Hon. Taoreed Adedigba Jimoh as the Chairman of Akinyele Local Government Area.
This decision follows a comprehensive investigation conducted by a committee, which absolved the Chairman of the charges brought against him.

Upon reviewing the committee’s recommendation, the Assembly has officially restored Hon. Taoreed Adedigba Jimoh to his position as Chairman.
Additionally, he has been tasked with the responsibility of promoting cooperation and harmony among all conflicting factions, individuals, and the LG legislative body in the execution of his administrative duties.
