The former Councillor of Ward 9 and Chairmanship Aspirant for Ibarapa North Local Government, Hon. Taiwo Ayodele (popularly known as Imole), has extended warm greetings to Muslim faithful in Ibarapa North, Oyo State, Nigeria, and across the world on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
In his goodwill message, Hon. Ayodele described Eid-el-Kabir as a sacred period that reflects deep spiritual values of faith, sacrifice, obedience, love, and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah, as demonstrated by Prophet Ibrahim (AS).


















He prayed that the festive season would usher in renewed hope, peace, joy, and abundant blessings for Muslim families in Ibarapa North and beyond, while calling for continued unity among residents irrespective of religious or political differences.




Hon. Ayodele also lauded the administration of Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, describing his leadership as “visionary and development-driven,” particularly commending the government’s strides in infrastructural development, education, healthcare delivery, and efforts toward maintaining relative peace across the state.
According to him, “Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration has laid a strong foundation for sustainable development in Oyo State.
His commitment to inclusive governance and human development is commendable, and I pray for greater wisdom and success for his government.”





The Ibarapa North chairmanship aspirant also used the opportunity to call for peace and strengthened security across Oyo State, expressing deep concern over the recent kidnapping incident in Oriire Local Government Area.
He sympathised with the victims and their families, praying for the safe and quick release of the abducted persons, while urging security agencies and stakeholders to intensify efforts toward restoring lasting peace to the affected communities.
“I pray Almighty Allah grants quick freedom to the kidnapped victims in Oriire and comforts their families during this difficult time.
May peace return swiftly to every troubled community in our state,” he added.
Reaffirming his political commitment, Hon. Ayodele assured the people of Ibarapa North that development remains his top priority, pledging unwavering dedication to the growth and progress of the local government.
“I remain fully committed and always ready to serve the good people of Ibarapa North and Oyo State at large with sincerity, passion, and accountability. Development of our land will always be my priority,” he stated.
He further congratulated Muslims in Ibarapa North and beyond, praying that Almighty Allah accepts their acts of worship and grants the grace to witness many more Eid celebrations in joy, peace, and harmony.
Hon. Ayodele concluded with prayers for continuous peace in Oyo State and Nigeria, asking God to bless the land with unity, prosperity, and enduring stability.
