Hon. Adepoju Oluseye, Councillor representing Ward 8 in Ibadan North Local Government Area of Oyo State, has extended heartfelt birthday felicitations to Hon. Julian Nwachuku, Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Ibadan North Federal Constituency, describing her as a woman of distinction whose commitment to public service, political engagement and the development of her constituency deserves recognition and appreciation.
