Abdulazeez Hafeez Ọlálékan, Special Assistant to the Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, has congratulated Hon. Julian Nwachuku, Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Ibadan North Federal Constituency, on the occasion of her birthday, describing the milestone as a moment to celebrate her life, appreciate her service and wish her greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
Ọlálékan, who hails from Ward 8 of Ibadan North Local Government Area, joined family members, friends, political associates and well-wishers in celebrating the celebrant, expressing heartfelt wishes for her continued progress, good health, happiness and fulfilment in both her personal life and public responsibilities.
In his birthday message, he described birthdays as significant moments for reflection, gratitude and renewed hope, noting that the celebration of Hon. Nwachuku offers an opportunity to appreciate the value of relationships, dedication to service and the importance of contributing positively to society.
He further acknowledged the significance of her role as Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Ibadan North Federal Constituency, expressing optimism that her continued engagement in public affairs would create further opportunities for meaningful collaboration and progress within the constituency.
According to him, the advancement of Ibadan North requires a shared commitment to responsible leadership, mutual understanding and constructive engagement among political officeholders, government appointees, community representatives and other stakeholders.
He stressed that sustainable development is best achieved when individuals in positions of responsibility remain conscious of the aspirations of the people and work collectively towards building stronger, more united communities.

The Special Assistant to the executive chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, also emphasised the importance of cordial relationships among political stakeholders, noting that cooperation across wards and levels of government remains essential to strengthening grassroots participation and advancing the collective interests of residents.
He maintained that beyond the demands of public office, genuine goodwill, respect and a common sense of purpose are vital ingredients for fostering lasting relationships and promoting a peaceful political environment.
Ọlálékan further expressed his belief that the development aspirations of Ibadan North and Oyo State would benefit from continued cooperation among those entrusted with public responsibilities, particularly in promoting initiatives that place the welfare and aspirations of the people at the centre of governance.
He also used the occasion to pray for continued progress in the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde, expressing hope for greater achievements in governance, community development and the overall well-being of the people of Oyo State.
