The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Seun Adelore, Mr. Ogundele Quadri, Elder Olawale Olugbenga, JP, and Mr. Ibrahim Abayomi on their well-deserved appointments by the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde.
Hon. Olufade described the appointments as a testament to the confidence reposed in the newly appointed officials and a reflection of their dedication, competence, and commitment to public service.
In his congratulatory message, the Ibadan North Council Chairman noted that the appointment of Hon. Seun Adelore as Senior Special Assistant on Chieftaincy Matters, Mr. Ogundele Quadri as Special Assistant on Urban Development, Elder Olawale Olugbenga, JP as Special Assistant on Culture and Tourism, and Mr. Ibrahim Abayomi as Executive Assistant on Works, would further strengthen the administration’s efforts towards sustainable development and effective service delivery across Oyo State.
Hon. Olufade also congratulated other newly appointed government officials, including Pastor Akin Alamu on his appointment as a member of the Oyo State Elders’ Council, Mr. Elijah Kolawole Akanmu as Special Adviser on Housing and Board Member of the Oyo State Housing Corporation, Mr. Sakariya Mohammed Taofik as Special Adviser on Rural Development, as well as Mr. Yinka Oladoyinbo, Ms. Ronke Giwa-Onafuwa, Mr. Dapo Falade, and Hon. Gbenga Adewusi on their respective appointments.
He commended Governor Seyi Makinde for continually recognising capable individuals and providing opportunities for more citizens to contribute their expertise towards the growth and development of Oyo State.
According to Hon. Olufade, the new appointees have distinguished themselves through their various contributions and he expressed confidence that they would bring their wealth of experience, professionalism, and passion for service to their new roles.
“On behalf of the good people of Ibadan North Local Government, I celebrate these appointments and wish all the newly appointed officials success as they take on these important responsibilities. May God grant them wisdom, strength, and the commitment required to serve the people of Oyo State effectively,” he stated.
The Ibadan North Council Chairman further urged the appointees to remain dedicated to the ideals of good governance and the vision of the present administration under Governor Seyi Makinde.
