The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has felicitated with residents, members of staff, traditional rulers, religious leaders, market men and women, artisans, youths, and other stakeholders in the council area on the commencement of the month of August, praying for divine blessings, peace, and greater prosperity for all.

In a New Month message issued through his head of media, Aderibigbe Yisahu, the council chairman expressed gratitude to Almighty God for preserving the lives of the people to witness the new month, describing August as a season of fresh opportunities, renewed hope, and greater accomplishments.










 




Hon. Olufade prayed that the month would usher in abundant blessings, sound health, divine favour, progress, and outstanding success for every resident of Ibadan North Local Government.

He also prayed that every challenge confronting the people would give way to testimonies, while families and businesses would continue to flourish.

The chairman reaffirmed the commitment of his administration to sustaining an all-inclusive, people-centred, and transparent system of governance that gives every resident a sense of belonging, irrespective of political, religious, or social differences.

According to him, his administration will continue to prioritize the welfare of the people through impactful policies, improved public service delivery, community development initiatives, and programmes aimed at enhancing the quality of life of residents across the local government.

 

Hon. Olufade further offered prayers for lasting peace, unity, and improved security throughout Ibadan North Local Government, expressing confidence that with the support of the people and the grace of God, the council would continue to record remarkable progress.

He called on residents to remain law-abiding, united, and supportive of government initiatives, stressing that collective responsibility remains essential to building a safer, stronger, and more prosperous Ibadan North.

The council chairman also appreciated the unwavering support, trust, and cooperation of the people, assuring them that his administration would remain committed to delivering responsive and accountable leadership that reflects the aspirations of the people.

He wished all residents and members of staff of Ibadan North Local Government a peaceful, fruitful, and fulfilling month of August, expressing optimism that the remaining months of the year would bring greater achievements and abundant reasons for celebration.
