The member representing Egbeda State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly and Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for the constituency in the forthcoming 2027 general elections, Hon. Sunkanmi Babalola popularly known as Sunky, has congratulated the Chairman of the Oyo State Assembly Commission and former lawmaker representing Saki West State Constituency, Hon. Femi Julius Okedoyin, on the occasion of his birthday.
Hon. Babalola described Okedoyin as his wonderful brother, a man of admirable character whose humility, simplicity, warmth and loveable personality have continued to distinguish him as an exceptional individual.
Reflecting on their relationship during the Ninth Oyo State House of Assembly, Babalola expressed joy at celebrating Okedoyin, recalling the cordial relationship they enjoyed while serving together as members of the state legislature.
He noted that their time in the Ninth Assembly provided an opportunity to build a strong bond founded on mutual respect, friendship and understanding, adding that Okedoyin’s simple nature, calm disposition and friendly attitude made him a remarkable colleague and a cherished brother.
According to Babalola, Okedoyin is a personality whose humility and genuine affection for others make it easy for people to relate with him, irrespective of their backgrounds or differences.
The Egbeda lawmaker further described the birthday celebration as an opportunity to appreciate God for the life of his wonderful brother and to acknowledge the positive personal qualities that have continued to earn him affection and respect.
While wishing him a happy birthday, Babalola prayed that Almighty God would continue to preserve his life, strengthen him with sound health, grant him wisdom and peace of mind, and bless him with greater opportunities to excel in his public service and personal endeavours.
