The Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor of Oyo State, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Chairman of the Oyo State Community and Social Development Agency (OYCSDA), Hon. Abideen Adeaga, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
