The Aare Egbe Omo Balogun of Ibadanland, Oloye Adegboyega Toafeek Adegoke FCA, has condoled with the families of victims affected by the recent attack in Ahoro-Esinle area of Orire Local Government Area of Oyo State, where several residents were reportedly killed and many students abducted by armed attackers.

Adegoke described the incident as heartbreaking, barbaric, and unacceptable, expressing deep sorrow over the loss of innocent lives and the pain inflicted on affected families and the entire community.







 

The philanthropist specifically sympathized with families who lost their loved ones during the attack and prayed that God grants them the strength and fortitude to bear the painful loss. He also prayed for the quick and safe return of the abducted students and other victims.




The Aare Egbe Omo Balogun of Ibadanland noted that continued attacks on innocent citizens which pose a serious threat to peace and development in the state.

According to him, urgent and decisive measures must be taken by the Federal Government, Oyo State Government, and security agencies to strengthen security operations across vulnerable communities and forest corridors linked to criminal activities.

He further called for improved intelligence gathering, effective collaboration with local communities, and proactive security strategies aimed at dismantling criminal networks operating within the region.

 

 

 


Adegoke urged residents to remain calm, vigilant, and supportive of security agencies by providing timely information that could help prevent future attacks.

While praying for peace and stability in Orire Local Government, Ogbomoso zone, and Oyo State at large, he reiterated that enough is enough regarding the persistent killings and kidnappings of innocent Nigerians.

He maintained that Nigerians deserve to live without fear, insisting that enough is enough regarding the persistent killings and kidnappings of innocent citizens across the country.
