Peoples Democratic Party(PDP)aspirant for Ibadan South-West Constituency II in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Akinsete Olakunle, has extended warm felicitations to the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, on the occasion of his birthday.
