Hon. Akinsete Olakunle, Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Housing and Urban Development, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, as he clocks another year on earth.
In a congratulatory message made available to the press, Hon. Akinsete expressed deep joy in celebrating the Ibadan North council boss, describing the occasion as a moment of gratitude to God for a life marked by purpose, service, and impactful leadership.
He hailed Hon. Olufade as one of the most vibrant, intelligent, and forward-thinking youths in Oyo State, noting that his emergence as Executive Chairman has continued to usher Ibadan North Local Government into a new era of growth, innovation, and people-oriented governance.
According to him, Hon. Olufade’s leadership style, youthful energy, and commitment to grassroots development have distinguished him as a shining example of effective local government administration in the state.
“Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade is my good brother with a pure heart, a personality driven by sincerity, compassion, and a genuine desire to uplift his people.
His passion for service and dedication to excellence continue to inspire many within and beyond Ibadan North,” Akinsete said.
