The Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Lawrence Oborawharievwo Ewhrudjakpo, has died. He reportedly passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025, after collapsing earlier in the day in Yenagoa, the state capital.
According to authoritative sources, Ewhrudjakpo was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Yenagoa, where medical personnel made efforts to revive him but were unsuccessful.
