The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to his dear brother and colleague, Hon. Lawal Lateef Adebare Akorede, the Executive Chairman of Ibarapa North Local Government, on the joyous occasion of his 40th birthday.
