The Chief Executive Officer of Uniplan Integrated Services and Chairman of the Kunle Awotiku Foundation, Dr. Kunle Awotiku, has extended warm birthday wishes to Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters and a leading hopeful for the Ibadan North Federal House of Representatives seat.
