A former Ward 12 Councilor and Federal House of Representatives hopeful, Hon. Matthew Oyeniyi Alani, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, the former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters.
