In a heartfelt birthday tribute, Dr. Kunle Awotiku, the Chief Executive Officer of Uniplan Integrated Services and Chairman of the Kunle Awotiku Foundation, has celebrated Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, describing him as one of the most lovable and high-performing legislators in Oyo State.
