The Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) Councillorship Candidate for Ward 10 in Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Alayande Habeeb, has warmly congratulated the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, on his emergence as the party’s Chairmanship Candidate for the forthcoming 2026 Local Government Elections.
Hon. Alayande described Hon. Olufade’s emergence through the consensus of the party’s leadership and stakeholders as a well-deserved recognition of his visionary leadership, outstanding performance and unwavering dedication to the development of Ibadan North Local Government.
According to him, the Chairman’s return ticket is a reflection of the remarkable achievements recorded under his administration and the confidence reposed in him by the leadership of the Allied Peoples’ Movement and the people of Ibadan North.
He noted that Hon. Olufade has distinguished himself through inclusive governance, people-oriented policies, infrastructural development, youth and women empowerment, and responsive leadership that has positively impacted communities across the local government.
“Your emergence as the APM Chairmanship Candidate is a fitting reward for your exemplary service, commitment and transformational leadership.
The tremendous progress recorded under your administration has earned you the admiration and trust of our party and the good people of Ibadan North.
I am confident that your second term will consolidate on these achievements and deliver even greater development to every ward in our local government,” he stated.
Hon. Alayande Habeeb also expressed heartfelt appreciation to the leadership, stakeholders and faithful members of the Allied Peoples’ Movement for finding him worthy of another opportunity to serve as the party’s Councillorship Candidate for Ward 10.
He described the return ticket as a renewed mandate to continue serving the people with dedication, integrity and effective representation.

The Ward 10 Councillorship Candidate assured residents that he would continue to pursue programmes and initiatives that would promote sustainable development, strengthen grassroots participation and improve the welfare of the people.
He further reaffirmed his loyalty to the ideals of the Allied Peoples’ Movement and pledged to work hand in hand with Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade to consolidate the gains of the present administration and attract more developmental projects to Ward 10.
