The Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Seyi Makinde, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has congratulated the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade; the Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Kamorudeen Mudashiru; the Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, Hon. Olusola Adeleke; and the Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon. Akinwole Akinleye, on their emergence as the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) Chairmanship candidates for the forthcoming Oyo State Local Government Election.

Bibire described the return tickets granted to the four council chairmen as a well-deserved recognition of their remarkable performances in office, noting that they have demonstrated beyond doubt that politics is about selfless service, purposeful leadership, and delivering tangible dividends of democracy to the people.

In a congratulatory message made available to journalists on Monday, the Deputy Chief of Staff commended the four chairmen for distinguishing themselves through impactful and people-oriented governance, saying their administrations have transformed their respective Local Government Areas through strategic investments in infrastructure, economic empowerment, education, healthcare, welfare, environmental sanitation, and community development.

According to him, the confidence reposed in them by the leadership of the Allied Peoples’ Movement is a reflection of their commitment to good governance, accountability, and grassroots development.

“The return tickets bestowed on these distinguished local government chairmen are thoroughly deserved.

They have shown that true politics is measured not by the positions one occupies but by the positive impact one makes in the lives of the people.

“They have provided exemplary leadership, touched virtually every sector of development, and consistently prioritized the welfare and aspirations of their people.

Their achievements have earned them the confidence of both their party and the communities they serve,” Bibire stated.

He further expressed confidence that the four candidates would record overwhelming victories in the forthcoming local government election, stressing that the people would once again reward proven leadership, competence, and outstanding performance at the polls.

Bibire also prayed for God’s continued guidance upon the chairmen, asking the Almighty to bless them with greater wisdom, knowledge, strength, and sound judgment as they prepare for another term of service.

“I am optimistic that they will emerge victorious in the forthcoming election and continue to deepen the developmental strides recorded in their respective Local Government Areas.

May Almighty God continue to grant them wisdom, knowledge, divine direction, and the strength to pilot the affairs of their councils successfully, bringing even greater progress, peace, and prosperity to their people,” he added.

The Deputy Chief of Staff concluded by wishing the four APM chairmanship candidates successful campaigns and resounding victories at the polls, expressing confidence that their second term would consolidate the impressive legacies they have already established across Ibadan North, Lagelu, Ibarapa Central, and Akinyele Local Government Areas.
