Hon. Adepoju Oluseye, the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) Councillorship Candidate for Ward 8, Ibadan North Local Government, has heartily congratulated the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, on his emergence as the party’s Chairmanship Candidate for the forthcoming 2026 Local Government Elections.
Describing the development as a well-deserved recognition of exemplary leadership, Hon. Adepoju said Hon. Olufade’s return ticket is a clear testament to the confidence reposed in him by the party leadership, stakeholders and the people, owing to his tremendous achievements and remarkable record of inclusive governance.
According to him, the Executive Chairman has distinguished himself as an impactful leader whose administration has consistently prioritized the welfare of the people, infrastructural development, grassroots empowerment and an open-door leadership style that has earned him widespread admiration across Ibadan North Local Government.
“Your emergence as the APM Chairmanship Candidate is not by chance but a reward for dedication, selfless service and purposeful leadership.
Your tremendous achievements and all-inclusive system of governance have undoubtedly paid off, and this overwhelming confidence reposed in you is a reflection of your outstanding performance in office,” he stated.
Hon. Adepoju Oluseye further expressed profound gratitude to Hon. Olufade for his unwavering mentorship, encouragement and support over the years, noting that his guidance has inspired many young politicians to remain committed to the ideals of responsible leadership and service.
He also expressed immense pride in sharing the same political family with the council chairman, saying it remains a great honour to come from Ward 8 of Ibadan North Local Government alongside such a visionary and transformational leader.
