Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, the Deputy Chief of Staff to Oyo State Governor, has expressed profound gratitude to individuals, groups, and institutions across the state and beyond for the overwhelming show of love and goodwill extended to him on the occasion of his birthday, which coincided with the global celebration of Workers’ Day on May 1st.
In a lengthy appreciation message made available to the public, Bibire described the day as one of the most memorable moments of his life, noting that the outpouring of affection he received was both humbling and deeply inspiring.
















According to him, the convergence of his birthday with Workers’ Day added a symbolic significance to the celebration, as it reflected the dignity of service, hard work, and dedication, values he holds dearly in both his personal and political journey.




The Deputy Chief of Staff began by returning all glory to Almighty God for His unwavering grace, protection, and guidance throughout his life and career.
He acknowledged that his journey thus far would not have been possible without divine intervention and continuous blessings.
He extended heartfelt appreciation to his immediate family, describing them as his strongest support system.





He specifically appreciated his wife and children for their love, sacrifices, and understanding, noting that their encouragement has remained a constant source of strength.
Bibire also thanked his friends, political associates, and business partners for their goodwill messages, visits, and prayers.
He emphasized that their unwavering support and belief in him continue to motivate him to do more in service to humanity.
In the same vein, he acknowledged the numerous social clubs, business groups, and organizations that celebrated him, stating that their recognition and solidarity further reinforced his commitment to community development and collective progress.
The Oyo State top government official reserved special appreciation for the Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, whom he described as a visionary and people-oriented leader.
Bibire expressed deep gratitude to the governor for the opportunity to serve in his administration, first as Special Adviser on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters during Omituntun 1.0, and currently as Deputy Chief of Staff in Omituntun 2.0.
He reaffirmed his unalloyed loyalty and commitment to the Makinde-led administration, assuring the governor of his continued support in advancing policies and programmes that will further improve the lives of the people of Oyo State.
Bibire equally appreciated the Oyo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which he described as “the best party in the world,” for the massive show of love and solidarity demonstrated towards him on his special day.
He noted that the party’s unity and structure remain a pillar of strength for progressive governance in the state.
Reflecting on the widespread nature of the celebrations, Bibire said he was particularly overwhelmed by the fact that virtually all institutions in Oyo State identified with him.
He listed the Executive, Legislature, and Judiciary, as well as religious bodies and the traditional institution, as key stakeholders that joined in celebrating his birthday.
He further highlighted that both the formal and informal sectors, including social and sports clubs, participated actively in the celebration, describing the experience as a testament to the strong relationships he has built over the years.
The Deputy Chief of Staff also extended his appreciation to members of the Federal House of Representatives and the Oyo State House of Assembly, as well as Local Government Chairmen and Vice Chairmen across the state.
He did not fail to recognize the contributions of political appointees in Governor Makinde’s administration, including Commissioners, Special Advisers, Senior Special Assistants, Chairmen of agencies, Board Directors, and Special Assistants, all of whom he said played significant roles in making his birthday a memorable one.
Bibire went further to appreciate all Local Government Council Chairmen, Vice Chairmen ,Councillors, Supervisory Councillors, and Special Assistants across the 33 Local Governments of Oyo State for their solidarity and goodwill.
Of particular importance, he expressed deep gratitude to the residents and constituents in his local government, as well as the PDP family in Ibadan North Local Government, for their unwavering support and love.
He described their encouragement as the driving force behind his dedication to public service.
He also specially acknowledged members of the Bibire Political Movement, his grassroots political structure, for their loyalty, dedication, and consistent support.
He praised the group for standing firmly by him and for playing a significant role in mobilization and engagement at the community level.
Speaking on his commitment to service, Bibire reiterated his readiness to provide qualitative representation at all times, emphasizing that the development of Oyo State and the sustainability of the achievements recorded under Governor Makinde remain his top priorities.
He assured the people that he would continue to serve with integrity, humility, and a strong sense of responsibility, adding that the trust reposed in him would never be taken for granted.
