The Councillor representing Ward 2 in Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Temitope Olasemo Oreofe, has extended warm felicitations to the Deputy Chief of Staff to Oyo State Governor, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, as he celebrates another year of purposeful living.
