






The Vice Chairman of Egbeda Local Government and Political Head/Administrator of Ajorosun Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Ibrahim Oladebo, popularly known as Simple, has expressed profound gratitude to Almighty God for the successful completion of the year 2025, describing it as a year of resilience, growth, and collective advancement for the people.
In his New Year goodwill message to the people of Ajorosun LCDA, Egbeda Local Government, and Oyo State at large, Hon. Oladebo appreciated residents for their unwavering support, cooperation, and prayers, which he said played a vital role in the modest achievements recorded during the outgoing year.




According to him, the year 2025 presented its fair share of challenges, but the people remained steadfast, united, and hopeful, demonstrating an enduring commitment to peace, harmony, and community development.
“Despite the challenges we encountered in 2025, our people stood firm in unity and cooperation.
This strength of togetherness is the foundation upon which we will build greater progress,” he said.
Hon. Oladebo gave glory to God for His protection and guidance over Egbeda Local Government and Ajorosun LCDA, while appreciating traditional rulers, community leaders, youths, women groups, party stakeholders, and residents for their continuous collaboration with the local administration.
As the New Year 2026 unfolds, the political head expressed optimism that the year would usher in renewed hope, improved service delivery, economic empowerment, and enhanced infrastructural development across Ajorosun LCDA and Egbeda Local Government.
He reaffirmed his commitment to people-oriented governance, promising to continue working tirelessly to promote youth empowerment, social welfare, grassroots development, and inclusive governance in line with the development agenda of the Oyo State Government.
Hon. Oladebo also called on residents to remain law-abiding, prayerful, and supportive of government policies and programmes at all levels, stressing that sustainable development can only be achieved through collective responsibility and unity of purpose.
He concluded by wishing the people of Ajorosun LCDA, Egbeda Local Government, and Oyo State a peaceful, prosperous, and fulfilling New Year, praying that 2026 brings greater opportunities, success, and lasting progress for all.
