






As Governor Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde marks his 58th birthday, Ambassador Dr. Kunle Awotiku, Chairman of the Kunle Awotiku Foundation, Chief Executive Officer of Uniplan Integrated Services Limited, and Director of Strategy to the Oyo State House of Assembly Member representing Ibadan North Constituency 1, Hon. Olufunke Comforter, has joined eminent Nigerians in celebrating what he described as an exceptional life of service, courage, and purposeful leadership.
Dr. Awotiku described Governor Makinde as a leader whose impact transcends politics, noting that his administration has redefined governance in Oyo State through transparency, people-oriented policies, and unwavering commitment to sustainable development.
According to him, the Governor’s journey over the years reflects discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of leadership as a sacred trust bestowed by the people.

He governs with conscience, empathy, and a clear vision for the future. At 58, he stands tall as one of Nigeria’s most principled and forward-thinking leaders,” Awotiku said.
He highlighted that under Makinde’s watch, Oyo State has experienced remarkable transformation in infrastructure development, education, healthcare delivery, civil service reforms, and economic growth, while peace and security have been strengthened across all zones of the state.
Dr. Awotiku further noted that the Governor’s deliberate investment in human capital and youth empowerment has positioned Oyo State as a hub of innovation and opportunity, earning him admiration both within and outside the state.
