The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has joined family members, friends, political associates, and well-wishers to celebrate the Chairman of Oyo State Waste Management Authority and former Ibadan North Local Government Chairman, Hon. Waheed Akanbi Biiro, on the occasion of his birthday.
Hon. Olufade, in a heartfelt congratulatory message made available through his head of media, Aderibigbe Yisahu, described Hon. Biiro as a remarkable leader, an administrator of great repute, and a man whose tenure as chairman of Ibadan North Local Government remains impactful and inspiring.
