In a strong show of love and solidarity, Dr. Kunle Awotiku, the Director of Strategy to Hon. Olufunke Comforter, member representing Ibadan North Constituency 1 in the Oyo State House of Assembly, has extended multiple forms of support to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) members in Ward 5 of Ibadan North Local Government.
Dr. Kunle Awotiku, who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Uniplan Integrated Services and Chairman of the Kunle Awotiku Foundation, graced the PDP Ward 5 weekly meeting held yesterday.
A bonafide PDP member of ward 5 himself, Dr. Awotiku demonstrated his commitment to grassroots engagement by rewarding early attendees of the meeting with cash gifts, thereby promoting punctuality and dedication among party members.
His visit was made even more impactful with the distribution of various welfare items, including beverages, health supplements, and weight-loss products.
Speaking during the meeting, Dr. Kunle Awotiku emphasized the importance of health, stating that “health is wealth,” and encouraged members to take their well-being seriously.
In addition to his personal contributions, seafood items such as fish and crayfish were also distributed to attendees, courtesy of BeckySeafoods, a passionate supporter of the PDP and close ally of Dr. Awotiku.
Taking empowerment a step further, Dr. Awotiku sponsored eight young people from the ward to participate in a business summit held today, with a registration cost of ₦10,000 per person. He went further by offering free Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) business registration to one of the beneficiaries.
Dr. Awotiku urged the participants to put the knowledge acquired at the summit to practical use and let it reflect positively in their daily lives.
He concluded by encouraging all PDP faithful to remain steadfast in their support for party leaders and continue to uphold the image of the PDP in a positive light.
