Former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Adeniyi Adeyinka Kazim Bibire, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Senior Special Assistant on Project Delivery, Abiodun Oluwaseun Laurel, on his 30th birthday.
