Oyo State governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, has felicitated the Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former member representing Ibadan North-East/Ibadan South-East Federal Constituency, Ambassador Taofeek Oladejo Arapaja, on the occasion of his 65th birthday.
The governor described Arapaja as an exemplary leader and experienced politician, who has contributed immensely to the development of Oyo State since he first shot into political limelight decades ago.
According to the governor, a good part of Ambassador Arapaja’s 65 years has been eventful and in the service of the people of the state, adding that the former Nigeria’s Ambassador to Lebanon is in the frontline among worthy Oyo State sons and daughters.
“I celebrate my brother, Ambassador Taofeek Oladejo Arapaja, the Deputy National Chairman of our great party, PDP as he celebrates his 65th birthday.
“Amb. Arapaja has been an exemplary leader and a worthy model in service to the people of Ibadanland and Oyo State.
A good part of his life has been spent in serving the people and he is still not tired of offering quality service to humanity.
“As you celebrate your birthday, it is my prayer that God continues to uphold you and grant you the good health and wisdom to offer greater service to humanity.”
