The Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, Hon. Olusola Adeleke has congratulated the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency Engr. Seyi Makinde following the historic Grand Alliance Rally involving the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and allied political forces, describing the event as a bold reflection of visionary leadership and growing national confidence in Governor Makinde’s political ideology.
