Aderibigbe Yisahu, Publisher of The Populist News and head of media to Ibadan North Local Government Chairman, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has extended warm birthday felicitations to former Supervisory Councilor on Environment and Transport in Ibarapa East Local Government, Hon.
