The future Oyo State deserves cannot be built on recycled ideas or outdated governance models. It must be driven by vision, backed by policy, and delivered with discipline.
That is why my commitment to the people of Oyo State is anchored on a 20-Point People’s Agenda, a bold, practical, and transformative roadmap designed to reposition our state as a true Pace Setter.
- Fully Funded Education for Every Child
No child in Oyo should be denied education due to poverty. My administration will ensure full funding per child, including structured support for pupils in private schools. - Restoring the Dignity of Teachers
Teachers will no longer be neglected. We will improve welfare, training, and incentives to make teaching a respected and rewarding profession again. - Parental Support & Incentives
We will partner with families by introducing incentives that encourage school attendance and active parental involvement. - Job Creation Through Innovation & Enterprise
We will unlock jobs through technology, agriculture, SMEs, and industrial clusters, moving from consumption to production. - Women Empowerment & Inclusion
Women are central to development. My government will expand access to finance, leadership opportunities, and protection for women across Oyo State. - Youth Development & Skills Revolution
We will invest heavily in skills acquisition, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship to prepare our youth for global competitiveness. - Security Reform & Community Policing Advocacy
Security is non-negotiable. We will strengthen local intelligence systems and support the push for state policing structures. - Healthcare System Overhaul
Accessible, affordable, and efficient healthcare will be a priority, with upgraded facilities and improved staffing. - Agricultural Transformation
We will modernize agriculture, support farmers with inputs and financing, and build agro-processing hubs. - Infrastructure Development with Purpose
Roads, transport systems, and rural connectivity will be developed strategically to boost economic activity. - Digital Governance & Transparency
Government processes will be digitized to eliminate corruption, increase efficiency, and improve service delivery. - Economic Diversification
Oyo’s economy will no longer rely on limited sectors, we will expand into tech, tourism, manufacturing, and exports. - Civil Service Reform
We will reposition the civil service as a performance-driven institution with training, incentives, and accountability. - Support for Retirees & Pensioners
Our elders deserve dignity. We will ensure prompt pension payments and introduce welfare programs for retirees. - Urban Renewal & Housing Development
We will transform urban centers and develop affordable housing schemes across the state. - Rural Development Agenda
No community will be left behind. We will bring development to rural areas through targeted interventions. - Education-to-Employment Pipeline
We will bridge the gap between schooling and employment through partnerships with industries. - Investment Promotion & Ease of Doing Business
Oyo will become an investor-friendly destination with simplified processes and strong policy support. - Social Welfare, Disability Inclusion & Poverty Reduction
We will implement structured programs to lift vulnerable citizens out of poverty sustainably and implement structured disability inclusions programs. - Leadership with Integrity & Accountability
Above all, governance must be rooted in trust. I will lead with transparency, responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to the people.

We cannot solve tomorrow’s problems with yesterday’s methods. The time has come to embrace bold ideas, decisive leadership, and a new way of governing. Oyo State is known as the Pace Setter. It is time we live up to that name, not just in history, but in action.
