Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing Ibadan North Constituency 2, has extended warm Eid-el-Fitr greetings to the Muslim faithful in Ibadan North Local Government, across Oyo State, and throughout Nigeria.
In a statement released to mark the end of Ramadan, Hon. Babajide Gabriel described Eid-el-Fitr as a period of reflection, spiritual renewal, and communal harmony.
He commended Muslims for their dedication, patience, and acts of charity during the holy month.
He said, “As we celebrate the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, I felicitate with the Muslim Ummah in Ibadan North, Oyo State, and Nigeria at large.
Ramadan reminds us of the importance of patience, devotion, and compassion, and it calls on us to strengthen bonds within our families, communities, and society.”
Hon. Babajide Gabriel also prayed for peace, stability, and development in Ibadan North Local Government and Oyo State as a whole. “I pray that Allah Almighty blesses our communities, guides our leaders, and grants us prosperity and progress in every aspect of our lives.
May this festive season inspire unity, love, and mutual understanding across our society,” he added.
He concluded by wishing all Muslims a happy and blessed Eid. “Eid Mubarak to all! May Allah accept our fasting and prayers, and may this celebration bring joy, blessings, and happiness to every home,” Hon. Babajide Gabriel said.
