There was an outpouring of joy in Aduja Community, Ibarapa Central Local Government as the ongoing road grading initiative led by the Executive Chairman, Hon. Olusola Adeleke, reached the area, bringing long-awaited relief to residents.
For years, the road linking Aduja Community to Toka had been in a deplorable condition due to the impact of heavy rainfall, making movement difficult for commuters and residents.

The recent intervention by the local government has now restored hope and significantly improved accessibility within the community.




As part of the exercise, grading works were carried out on key routes including Kodowo Street, Obeshe Street linking Abule Meta area, Baba kondo area, the Aduja–Toka road and other adjoining streets within the community.
Speaking on the development, Hon. Olusola Adeleke reiterated his administration’s commitment to prioritizing the needs of the people and ensuring that no community is left behind in the ongoing infrastructural drive.
He noted that the intervention in Aduja community was a direct response to the concerns raised by residents, stressing that governance under his leadership remains people-focused and feedback-driven.
“We are aware of the challenges faced by our people in Aduja community, especially with the condition of the road linking this community to Toka road.
This intervention is part of our deliberate effort to address those challenges and improve the daily lives of our people. We will continue to extend this grading exercise to other areas in need,” the Chairman stated.
Hon. Adeleke further assured residents that his administration remains committed to sustaining the tempo of development across Ibarapa Central, with a focus on projects that promote ease of movement, support local economic activities and enhance overall well-being.
Residents in their reactions, expressed deep appreciation for the timely intervention, noting that the improved road network will ease transportation, boost economic activities and create a more conducive environment for daily living.
The development once again highlighted Hon. Olusola Adeleke’s dedication to responsive governance and his resolve to deliver meaningful, people-oriented projects that continue to impact communities across Ibarapa Central Local Government.
