I heartily congratulate His Excellency, Chief Moses Alake Adeyemo, on his well-deserved emergence as the Chairman of the Oyo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the State Congress held today, Tuesday, 3rd March 2027.
Your victory is a reflection of your longstanding service, integrity, and unwavering commitment to the unity and progress of our great party.
Over the years, you have demonstrated exemplary leadership and loyalty to the progressive ideals that define the APC, and I am confident that under your guidance, our party will grow stronger, more cohesive, and strategically positioned for success in 2027.
I remain personally grateful for the memorable day — 3rd June 2025 — when you warmly received me into the APC family, presented me with the broom, and proudly raised my hand before party faithful.
That symbolic act represented acceptance, confidence, and shared purpose. It was a defining moment in my political journey.
I also recall our conversation during the APC unity rally where we sat together and discussed the direction of our party and the future of Oyo State.
That engagement further affirmed to me that you are a leader of integrity, wisdom, and vision. Your esteemed presence at my grand entry into the party remains deeply appreciated.
Since my joining the APC, I can confidently state that it has been a period of positive progress and measurable gain for our party. My involvement has been driven by commitment to strengthening grassroots structures, expanding engagement, and contributing meaningfully to our collective advancement.
The growth and renewed conversations within our party reflect the spirit of unity and forward movement that we all desire.
As we approach the crucial phase of selecting our party’s flag bearer for the 2027 governorship election, I remain prayerful and hopeful.
Just as you once raised my hand in welcome into the APC, I look forward to the day when I may be entrusted with carrying the party’s flag into the general election — united, prepared, and determined to secure victory for our great party.
Your Excellency, as you assume this new leadership role, I pray that Almighty God grants you wisdom, strength, and sound judgment to steer our party toward triumph and by His grace, a victorious return to Agodi House in 2027.
