The Chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, Adebowale Adebayo Falana, has showered glowing encomiums on the King of Boys and political leader, Otunba Joseph Adeseye Famojuro, as he marks his birthday today, February 14, 2026.

In a birthday message released on Saturday, by the Head of the Media Unit to the Chairman, Opeyemi Rasheed Socrates, Falana described Otunba Famojuro as a rare blend of wisdom, courage, and protective leadership whose influence has continued to shape political thought, youth development, and leadership culture across Oyo State and beyond.

According to Falana, Otunba Famojuro’s mentorship has remained a stabilising force for many emerging leaders, noting that his timely counsel and firm guidance have shielded several individuals from political discouragement while inspiring them to strive for excellence in public service and community leadership.

“Otunba Seye Famojuro is not only a leader but a guardian of values. His wisdom, mentorship, and protective presence have lifted many from moments of uncertainty and positioned them for relevance and impact,” Falana said.

 


 

 

The youth agency chairman further acknowledged Famojuro’s long-standing commitment to grooming young leaders, describing him as a dependable pillar whose door has remained open to sincere seekers of guidance, regardless of their political alignment or personal interests.

Falana noted that at a time when leadership mentorship is increasingly scarce, Otunba Famojuro has consistently demonstrated generosity of spirit, offering direction, encouragement, and strategic insight to the younger generation.

He prayed that the celebrant continue in good health, renewed strength, and be guided by divine wisdom, expressing confidence that the celebrant’s legacy of mentorship and political guidance would continue to inspire future leaders in Oyo State.
