As Oyo State residents welcomed the new year with fervent prayers and thanksgiving, Balogun Seye Famojuro on Wednesday night led a delegation to represent Oyo Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde at the annual crossover night service of Livingspring Chapel International in Ibadan.
Accompanying Famojuro on the special delegation were Barr. Ayodele Adekanmbi, Director General of the Oyo State Agency for Persons with Disabilities; Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government among others.
At the height of the program, Balogun Seye Famojuro conveyed Governor Makinde’s warm New Year greetings to the congregants and, through them, to all residents of the Pacesetter State.

He highlighted the administration’s unwavering focus on sustainable development, peace, and inclusive prosperity in the year ahead.
The presiding pastor of Livingspring Chapel International, Pastor Femi Emmanuel, led special prayers for His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, and the entire state.
He interceded for continued peace, tranquility, and an overflow of divine prosperity, pronouncing blessings over the leadership and people of Oyo State in 2026.
The crossover service attracted hundreds of worshippers who gathered for an evening of intense praise, worship, and prophetic declarations as they stepped into the new year.
