As the year draws to a close, the Deputy Chief of Staff to Oyo State Governor, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has extended warm greetings to the people of Oyo State, celebrating the arrival of the month of December with heartfelt appreciation and renewed optimism.
