A distinguished political figure and community builder, Hon. Matthew Alani Oyeniyi, former Federal House of Representatives aspirant, former Councillor for Ward 12 in Ibadan North Local Government, and the revered Aare of Akoboland, has extended warm birthday felicitations to veteran statesman and frontline PDP leader, Baba Ismaila Osuolale Ashipa, as he marks his 71st birthday today.
In a heartfelt goodwill message personally signed by him, Hon. Oyeniyi described Baba Ashipa as “a priceless asset to Ibadan North, Oyo State, and the PDP family at large, an elder whose wisdom, character, and political depth continue to inspire generations.”

Recalling years of personal interactions and mentorship, Hon. Oyeniyi expressed deep appreciation for Baba Ashipa’s fatherly guidance, political tutelage, and unwavering support to both the young and old across the PDP structure.
He added that Baba Ashipa’s contributions to political stability, community cohesion, and grassroots mobilization have played a major role in strengthening the fabric of Ibadan North Local Government and Oyo State as a whole.
