The Deputy Chief of Staff to Oyo State Governor, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has joined family, friends, political associates, and well-wishers in celebrating the Chairman of the Oyo State Waste Management Authority and former Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Waheed Akanbi Biiro, on the joyous occasion of his birthday.
