The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Hon. Chief (Dr.) Ezekiel Temitope Oladimeji (Otope), the Director-General of the Oyo State Liaison Office in Lagos and Abuja.
