
A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan North and a Federal House of Representatives hopeful, Hon. Taiwo Lekan Salami, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Mrs. Abisola Ajimobi Kola-Daisi, extending his heartfelt condolences to the Ajimobi and Kola-Daisi families.
Mrs. Abisola, daughter of the late former Governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, and wife of Kolapo Kola-Daisi, tragically passed away in the United Kingdom at the age of 42 after a brief illness.
Her demise has left a profound sense of loss among her loved ones, friends, and the wider Ibadan community.
In his condolence message, Hon. Taiwo Lekan Salami described Abisola as a remarkable woman whose grace, kindness, and dedication to family and society made a lasting impact.
“This is a painful and heartbreaking loss.
Abisola was a woman of excellence who upheld the legacy of her father while also being a strong pillar of support to her husband.
Her contributions to society, her warmth, and her compassion will be deeply missed,” he said.
Hon. Taiwo Lekan Salami prayed for strength and comfort for her husband, Kolapo Kola-Daisi, her mother, Dr. Florence Ajimobi, and the entire Ajimobi and Kola-Daisi families during this difficult period.
“May Almighty God grant her eternal rest and give her loved ones the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
