Former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters and Ibadan North Federal Representative hopeful, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has sponsored the Ibadan North League of Imam and Alfas Ramadan Program to support the spiritual activities of the holy month.
The Ibadan North League of Imam and Alfas, through its chairman, Imam Muhammad Mustafa Bello Ero, expressed profound gratitude to Hon. Bibire for his generosity and commitment to the religious community.
The chairman lauded his decision to fund the program for the entire Ramadan period, emphasizing the significance of such a gesture in strengthening faith and community ties.
The four-week program, scheduled for Sundays during Ramadan, commenced today at Central Mosque, Adamasingba, Safu Iwaju. The well-attended event featured key dignitaries, including Hon. Bibire himself, Hon. Busari Kunle Gudugudu, Ward 6 Councilor, Alhaji Ibrahim Fairah, the former Coordinator of Local Government Special Assistants in Oyo State, Hon. Jumoke Ali, Mumuni Ademola (Ward 1 PDP Chairman, Ibadan North), Ismaila Yahya (Ward 6 PDP Chairman, Ibadan North), Ward 6 PDP leader , J.A. Hamzah, Olumide Tobiloba, and Aderibigbe Yisahu.
Residents of Ward 6 also participated in the event, benefiting from an insightful Ramadan lecture delivered by the guest speaker, Muphasiru Agba of Arometa, Abdul Jelil Sulaimon. His discourse focused on acts of righteousness during Ramadan and sustaining good deeds beyond the holy month.
In his remarks, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire reaffirmed his dedication to supporting the League of Imam and Alfas, emphasizing the importance of Ramadan in his life. He urged the clerics to seize the spiritual opportunity to pray for peace, development, and prosperity in Nigeria, Oyo State, and Ibadan North Local Government. Furthermore, he assured them of his continued support and collaboration in future religious endeavors.
The Ibadan North League of Imam and Alfas offered prayers for Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Bibire, assured him of their support, wishing him success in all his aspirations.
