I am overwhelmed with gratitude upon my reflection on the incredible reception that has greeted my declaration to contest for the governorship of Oyo State.
The outpouring of support from friends, associates, and well-wishers from far and wide has been truly humbling, and I am deeply thankful for the trust and confidence that you have reposed in me.
I truly bask in the warmth of your acceptance, and it reminds me that this is not a solo journey, but a collective to build a better future for our beloved Pace Setter’s state.
I wish to reiterate as I did in my declaration statement, that I am convinced that there is indeed much that can be done for our people.
I firmly believe that with visionary leadership, we can unlock the vast potential that lies within our state and propel Oyo State towards unprecedented heights of growth and development.
From revolutionising our education sector to harnessing the power of agriculture, from investing in cutting-edge infrastructure to instituting transparency and accountability, I am committed to implementing a comprehensive agenda that addresses the voluminous needs of our people.
My conviction is rooted in the understanding that good governance is the cornerstone of progress and prosperity, and I am determined to make this a reality for Oyo State.
Dear people, I am cognisant that the challenges we face are complex and sometimes unimaginable.
However, I am also convinced that with courage, creativity, and a commitment to collective action, we can overcome these obstacles and arrive at a future we want for ourselves and generations to come.
My vision for Oyo State is one of inclusive growth that allows every citizen to have access to quality education, healthcare, and economic opportunities.
It will be a future where our youth are empowered to become visionary leaders, creative problem-solvers, and conscientious citizens. Good conscience is important to me, and I want to build it around.
This is a future where our state becomes a sight to behold, a place of hope and a model for sustainable development in Nigeria and beyond.
I have shared my intentions and vision with you, and this is not a journey that I can undertake alone. I need your support, your trust, and your partnership to make this vision a reality.
I urge you, the good people of Oyo State, to see the sincerity of my intentions, to recognise the depth of my commitment, and to join me on this noble journey.
I am strongly convinced that we can together birth a new dawn for our dear state, a dawn that heralds a greater prospects and future for ourselves, our children, and generations to come. I love Oyo State, and I am confident that with your support, we can achieve greatness.
I am aware that there are many individuals who share my passion for transformative leadership and my commitment to the welfare of our people.
I am not unique in my desire to serve, and I acknowledge that there are many others who possess the integrity, honesty, and vision required to make our society great.
However, I am convinced that my unique blend of experience, expertise, and passion for Oyo State makes me an ideal candidate for this position.
I do offer myself for this service, and I hope to continue engaging with you, sharing my vision, and outlining my plans for a better Oyo State. Again, there is more that can be done for our people.
