Hon. Oluwafemi Bantu, the Secretary of Ibadan North Local Government and Political Head of Irepodun LCDA, has extended heartfelt New Year greetings to the community.

In his message, he expressed profound gratitude for the unwavering support, prayers, kindness, and financial assistance received throughout the past year.

“Glory be to God, we have made it into 2025,” Hon. Bantu joyfully announced. “I joyfully welcome you into 2025. As you enter this New Year, I pray that the Lord will make you forget the former things.
He will do a new thing beyond your comprehension that will spring up, and you will witness it. He will make a way in the wilderness of life, and streams will spring forth in your wasteland (Isaiah 43:18-19).
The Lord will have mercy and compassion on you, which will not depend on human effort or desire but on God’s mercy alone (Romans 9:15-16). People will celebrate you and your family this New Year.”
Hon. Bantu also called on the community to continue their support and assistance, acknowledging that the journey to the desired landmark is still ongoing.
“Your support means everything as we strive to achieve our goals,” he added.
As the community steps into 2025, Hon. Bantu encouraged everyone to embrace the hope and opportunities it brings, continuing to support one another and work towards a prosperous future. “Happy New Year to all!” he concluded.
