Pastor Oluwagbemiro A. Taiwo, the distinguished fourth commissioner of the Oyo State Civil Service Commission, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Governor Seyi Makinde on his 56th birthday, while praising his steadfast commitment to good governance.
Pastor Taiwo, a native of Surulere Local Government, Oyo State, not only celebrated the governor’s significant milestone but also acknowledged his exceptional leadership and dedication to the people.
