Hon. Taiwo Lekan Salami, a seasoned administrator and PDP Chieftain from Ibadan North Local Government, has extended his deepest condolences to Hon. Abeeb Alayande, the Councilor of Ward 10, over the passing of his father, Baale Murthada Alayande.
Baale Murthada Alayande, a respected leader, was widely admired not only in his immediate community but across Ibadan and Oyo State.
His remarkable contributions as the president of the Ibadan Progressive Union, an organization to which the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde, belongs, highlighted his dedication and commitment to community progress.
In his message, Hon. Taiwo Lekan Salami noted the profound impact of Baale Murthada Alayande’s wisdom and leadership, which have been invaluable to many.
“Baba’s wealth of wisdom was a treasure we all tapped from, and his absence will be profoundly felt by many.
His guidance and leadership have left an indelible mark on all of us,” Hon. Salami stated.
Hon. Taiwo Lekan Salami, a bonafide member of the PDP who also hails from Ward 10, extended his heartfelt commiseration to the people of the ward.
“May God grant Hon. Abeeb Alayande, his family, and all of us in Ward 10 the fortitude to bear this great loss,” he expressed.
Hon. Salami emphasized the importance of coming together in this time of grief to support one another and uphold the values and principles that Baale Murthada Alayande stood for.
“May God grant us all the strength to navigate through this difficult time,” Hon. Salami concluded.
