In a heartfelt tribute, Hon. Kazim Adeniyi Adeyinka Bibire, former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, has showered praises on Hon. Olumide Samuel Oluwatoba Mogaji, as he marks his birthday today.
