She also highlighted eight key areas of Barrister Senator Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli’s manifesto, including local government autonomy, infrastructure development, youth development, agriculture, education, security and economic development, alongside other priority areas outlined in the candidate’s agenda for Oyo State.
The State Coordinator charged the newly inaugurated ward coordinators to demonstrate commitment, dedication and consistency in carrying out their responsibilities, urging them to ensure that the manifesto reached every ward, street and household within Oluyole Local Government Area.

She stressed that effective grassroots engagement required sustained interaction with residents and a deliberate effort to ensure that the electorate was adequately informed about the candidate’s vision, policy proposals and development priorities for the state.
Hon. Farmer Omolara further underscored the importance of the ward coordinators in extending the initiative’s reach to communities, explaining that their activities would help bridge the gap between campaign leadership and the electorate through direct communication and neighbourhood-based engagement.

The inauguration represents another step in the BSA Neighbour-to-Neighbour Campaign Initiative’s broader efforts to strengthen its grassroots presence and deepen engagement with communities across Oyo State ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Through its ward coordinators and neighbourhood-based activities, the initiative seeks to communicate the campaign message directly to residents, provide information about Barrister Senator Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli’s manifesto and vision for Oyo State, and explain the policy proposals being presented to the electorate in support of his governorship candidacy.

The initiative also aims to extend its engagement to the candidacies of other APC flag bearers, with the stated objective of ensuring that residents are informed about the party’s candidates and their respective programmes ahead of the 2027 general elections.
With the inauguration of the Oluyole ward coordinators, the BSA Neighbour-to-Neighbour Campaign Initiative continues its drive to establish a community-centred mobilisation structure through which its message can reach residents at the grassroots, from individual neighbourhoods to streets, wards and households across the local government and beyond.
