The Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Alh. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, has expressed his condolences to families and people of Kusela (Kuseela) in Igbo Elerin following the demise of Onikusela of Kusela, Baale Olatinwo Adeagbo Fatoki, a distinguished traditional ruler, retired Permanent Secretary, and prolific Yoruba author.
Alh. Kamorudeen hailed the late royal father’s dedication to the development of Kusela, the entirety of Lagelu, and Oyo state, noting that his contributions would remain a lasting legacy.



























In a condolence message issued on Sunday, the council chairman described the passing of Baale Olatinwo Adeagbo as a significant loss to Lagelu community and the traditional institution in Oyo state.
He called on the royal family, friends, and associates of the late traditional ruler, along with the entire Kusela community, to honour his memory by preserving and building on his achievements.
”On behalf of the government and people of Lagelu, I extend a heartfelt commiseration with the entire people of Kusela, the traditional council, and to family, friends and political associates on the transition of our revered father,
Onikusela of Kusela, Baale Olatinwo Adeagbo Fatoki, Onibudo the second, who joined his ancestors on Saturday.
“Baale Olatinwo Adeagbo made lots of positive impact during his lifetime, contributing meaningfully to the Oyo state civil service, as well as the growth and development of Kusela and the traditional institution in Lagelu LGA.





“He was a committed civil servant who served Oyo state passionately and rose to the position of Permanent Secretary before becoming a traditional leader”.
“I pray that Almighty God be pleased with the soul of the late traditional ruler, and grant the royal family and the people of Kusela the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss”, the chairman remarked.
